White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies


1 c. butter -softened-
2 eggs -slightly beaten-
2 t. vanilla
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 c. macadamia nuts -chopped-
1 c. white chocolate chips

Cream butter, eggs, and vanilla. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended. Drop rounded tablespoon fulls onto a greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
