Toscana Soup

1/2 Lb. Italian sausage
3/4 c. diced onion
3-4 slices chopped bacon
4 cloves garlic -minced-
4 c. chicken broth
3-4 potatoes
2 c. Kale
1/3 c. whipping cream

cook sausage, onion, bacon, and garlic. Drain. Add broth and sliced potatoes. When potatoes are almost done add kale. Add cream just before serving.
