Poppy Seed Loaf


3 c. flour
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 t. baking powder
1 1/2 T. poppy seeds
1 c. plus 2 T. oil
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 1/2 t. vanilla
1 1/2 t. almond extract
1 1/2 t. butter flavoring

Mix all ingredients for 1-2 minutes. Pour into two greased and floured 5 X 9 loaf pans.

Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
