Macadamia-crusted Mahimahi

4 (6-ounce) mahimahi fillets
1/4 t. black pepper
1 T. butter -melted-
1/4 c. macadamia nuts -finely chopped-
1/2 c. panko bread crumbs
2 T. light coconut milk

Heat oven to 450 degrees.
Sprinkle fish evenly with pepper. Place fish on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients. Press breadcrumb mixture on top of fish and bake an additional 10 minutes or until crust is browned and fish flakes.
