Chocolate Crackles

3/4 c. cocoa powder
1/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 t. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1 c. powdered sugar

Melt shortening and stir in cocoa. Mix in oil and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well after each egg. Add vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir into chocolate mixture. Chill for four hours or over night. Make into 3/4 inch spheres and roll in powdered sugar. Put on a greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
